UPDATED:
I downloaded this app before I left, thinking that it would help me track my usage so I wouldn’t end up with a $1000 Rogers bill. I have been loading up Mobile Minute Tracker every day since I’ve installed it and it is still displaying 0 info for my usage.
Maybe I’m doing something wrong? I entered my acoount info, it has established a successful sync. I’m not sure why it’s not working but I’m very dissapointed.

I’m heading to Florida for a week and data roaming rates for the iPhone, via Rogers, are through the roof. Approximatley $30/MB, or something ridiculous like that. The best thing they offer for Data Roaming is $10/mnth plus $1/MB. In short, you use 20MB while roaming you pay $20+$10 for the add-on.
I figure that it may be important for me to monitor my usage while I’m there, so I don’t hit the $500 data charge mark. A useful tool can be downloaded from the AppStore for free called Minute Tracker. Enter your Rogers or Fido account info and it tracks your usage.
