By now, those of use using Windows 7 on a MBP 2009 are well aware that Windows 7 and Bootcamp 3.0 have some issues when it comes to drivers. This is one of many interim solutions for the problem with low volume in Windows 7 on a Macbook Pro Unibody (5,3).
