A jailbreak for the iPhone 3GS has been released by George Hotz, the guy who was the first to unlock the iPhone. The jailbreak goes by the name of purplera1n and can be found on his site, however, the server has been a little slow today.

Apple has released OS 3.1 SDK beta for developers to tinker with. I’m not sure what’s been added just yet, if anything. I will post the news regarding bug fixes and update details as I get them.
