Officially Dan kindly posted a fix for the AT&T visual voicemail problem. The number of customers reporting issues not receiving visual voicemail for weeks is increasing. It turns out it has something to do with the tethering patch.

Many users on AT&T in the U.S. have been experiencing a serious problem with visual voicemail on the iPhone. It seems that AT&T is having some issues getting visual voicemail to work for some customers and as a result, some people haven’t received any messages in days, and in some cases weeks.
