Rogers has officially started to roll out their HSPA+ network, which effectively takes the current 7.1Mbps 3G speeds and bumps it to a whopping 21Mbps. upload speeds of about 5.7Mbps (unconfirmed).

I downloaded this app before I left, thinking that it would help me track my usage so I wouldn’t end up with a $1000 Rogers bill. I have been loading up Mobile Minute Tracker every day since I’ve installed it and it is still displaying 0 info for my usage.
